My rollercoaster experience!

The staff were helpful and attentive! I lost a necklace and they went out of their way to retrieve it for me.

Unfortunately, breakfast offerings were disappointing and lacked quality, quite a letdown.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a really great experience. The room was impeccably clean with private bathroom. The location was favourable in the middle of jackson.

Some people working there were very rude.

Island Suites, where I expected to be treated like royalty but ended up on a bed of rocks! Absolutely horrible beds, and where's the pool I thought I'd see? I couldn't even get a coffee maker in my room, I mean, how hard is it? Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

The room we had included central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The nice staff made our experience such great! The property's location was favourable, in the middle of jackson.

Bathroom counter sloped, made washing tricky.

Consider bringing your own coffee supplies as there's no coffee maker in the room. This makes mornings a bit challenging.

We stayed in a Queen Room with two queen beds, so it was perfect for our group. The staff helped us feel at home. We loved visiting the local aquarium and taking a tour of the historic district. Just a heads up, breakfast can be hit or miss, so plan ahead.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of our room, made hanging out together easier. The kids had a blast at the nearby aquarium, while we appreciated the attentive staff .

My kids wished there were more activities for them to engage in at the hotel.

The location is fantastic for beach access, with spacious rooms and friendly staff who make you feel at home.

The breakfast options left a bit to be desired.

Spacious rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The location provides quick access to nearby attractions, ideal for both work and leisure travels.

The cleanliness needs a serious upgrade. Some sheets had noticeable tears, and the overall scent of the room left much to be desired. Lighting in the room was poor, with dark paint colors making it hard to see, and the air conditioning unit was annoyingly loud. Parking is limited to a small front area, and if it's busy, you might find yourself searching for a spot elsewhere.

We were disappointed with the lack of movie channels on the TV, but the free WiFi allowed us to stream on our devices easily. The room was dated with uncomfortable beds, but the cleanliness stood out. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lackluster. I'd consider staying again at Island Suites.

The King Room was spacious, but I ran into some issues. The bed sheets had a large tear and didn't feel fresh at all. The air conditioner was super loud, pretty annoying. I was also woken up by some noise outside my room late at night, so that wasn't great for a restful stay. They do have DIRECTV and flat screens, but those can't really make up for the comfort issues.

The king room was big and really comfortable. the beds were nice too. 😊.

the check-in process was a bit slow. but the rooms were spacious! also enjoyed the flat-screen tv. the staff was super helpful! parking was free! would definitely stay again.
